Do you have contactless delivery?
Yes, now in these times we have chosen together with our carriers to put the delivery outside the door as standard where it is considered safe. We have done this to protect our customers and carriers from infection.

I just ordered - what happens now?
Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with information about your purchase. When your order is on its way from us, you as the customer will receive an e-mail. An SMS is also sent to the recipient when the delivery is on its way. The recipient can be yourself or someone you chose to send a gift to.
Can I change or delete my order?
Our order system is automated and starts processing your order as quickly as possible. Once the process has started, we unfortunately cannot change/cancel your order.
How do we deliver your flower delivery?
We can deliver to approx. 85% of Sweden's population and we do that together with Best Transport.
We have delivery on the same day you choose to place your order. You can see for yourself at checkout when the fastest delivery can take place by entering your zip code.
On the day of delivery, the recipient of the flower delivery will receive an SMS, saying that there is a surprise on the way from Made4y.se
There, the recipient also gets the opportunity to fill in several different options, all to make it easier for the recipient.
The recipient of the flower delivery can, among other things, fill in how they live, how they want the flower delivery delivered: outside the door, call and leave in person, change the delivery day, etc.
After the recipient has filled in the above information, they will also be able to follow the delivery van via a map in their mobile phone, all to raise the mood before the surprise is delivered
What happens then to you who sent the flowers?
You as the customer will receive an e-mail on the same day that the delivery takes place, which confirms that your flower delivery is ready for delivery.

Can I order flowers for a church, funeral, business or hospital?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders for churches and funerals. As for hospitals, they are not allowed to receive flower deliveries nowadays. As we do not deliver during the day, we cannot deliver to a work address and business address. Without only home deliveries between 17-22.
Where is my order? Can I track it?
In your delivery notice there is a tracking link that you can use to see the current status.
