There are two main types of cookies, firstly so-called permanent cookies which are stored on your computer for a fixed period of time before they are deleted and which do e.g. so that a website can recognize your device's IP address and thus your browser when you log in, partly so-called session cookies that are temporarily stored in your device's memory while you are on a website so that it can think correctly during your visit. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.

Pixels
In addition to cookies, we also use pixels on the Website. Pixels are used for a similar purpose as cookies and enable the recognition of cookies and other types of device identifiers. By using pixels, MADE4Y can serve you customized ads on the website(s) to which each pixel belongs. Each pixel collects information about your behavior when you visit the Website, i.a. the URLs you visit. The information is then stored with the company to which the respective pixel belongs. MADE4Y can then use the information to create target groups for our marketing. By doing so, we can produce customized advertisements for each target group and publish them on the websites whose pixels we use.
MADE4Y uses pixels from Google, Facebook, Criteo, Feed Optimize, Linkedin, Swogo, Mabaya and CNET. As described above, the reason we use pixels is primarily for statistical purposes and to better present ads to you when you visit websites that display ads supported by the ad networks we partner with. In this way, we can ensure that our advertisements are relevant to you even when we advertise outside the Website.
You can revoke your consent to personalized ads on Facebook at any time by changing the settings of your Facebook account. To change your ad settings, you can follow this link . In addition to the information collected through the Facebook pixel on our websites, Facebook can also collect information about your behavior on the Facebook website. For information on how Facebook processes your personal data, you can follow this link . You can also read more about the Facebook pixel here .
Local storage
Local storage, or HTML storage as it is also called, allows us to save web data locally in your browser. Using this technology, MADE4Y enables you to mark particular products as favourites. Since the information is then saved in your browser, without being sent to MADE4Y or any other party, your browser can remember which products you as a visitor have marked as favorites even if you were to close your browser between your visits to the Website.
